Jen Chiang is a Co-Founder & CEO of Opal. Previously, Jen spent 10+ years working in Human Resources at BlackRock, Uber, Hypebeast, and Sotheby’s between Hong Kong and New York. She founded Opal because of the belief that safety is a fundamental human right - but unfortunately, not everyone has access to it. Jen is responsible for the company and product vision, product management, marketing, and operations - while Lance is responsible for the technology roadmap, and development efforts across hardware, firmware, and software.
