Shelby Bascom was most recently a People Ops Manager at the engineering tech company, Jellyfish based in Boston, MA working with the CPO on building out their People Ops function. Prior to her time at Jellyfish, she also spent time at the global accelerator, MassChallenge, doing work with their People team as well. Shelby graduated from UMass Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, being outdoors (during warmer months), traveling, and trying new restaurants.
